Having owned land in Ayia Napa, Pernera and Paralimni for so many years it was only a matter of time before we decided that we should have a place in the sun in the region that we spent so many memorable and joyful summers in years gone by. - Pernera has a great reputation with tourists for its bars, restaurants, and Blue Flag beaches plus its close proximity to the nearby attractions of Protaras, Ayia Napa,Paralimni and Famagusta.
- Each of our villas is very spacious with ample entertainment space both downstairs via an open plan layout and outside in the large gardens where 4 of our properties have swimming pools.
- Our villas can be rented individually or together for large group parties – we have 7 fully furnished properties that can accommodate up to 42 people and possibly a number of children as we also have separate travel cots in some of our properties for discerning families.
- Our villas can be rented for a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 1 year with competitive prices based on the season.
- Our villas are managed and serviced by a reputable English-speaking managing agent that can handle any query day or night.
- All our villas have three double bedrooms that all have built-in wardrobes with one ensuite and one family bathroom.
